About the Role

Client seeking a Retail Sales Associate with a passion for vintage watches to support our Fort Worth showroom and service operations. This hands-on role combines customer service sales support and operational responsibilities. Youll collaborate closely with our retail and watchmaking teams to ensure every customer interaction reflects precision expertise and exceptional care.

Key Responsibilities

Greet customers assess their needs and provide knowledgeable friendly assistance regarding vintage and modern watches.
Support sales by guiding customers through product features history and care instructions.
Maintain showroom appearance: restock displays organize inventory and ensure the shop is always customer-ready.
Accurately process ship and log outgoing orders in coordination with our online and repair teams.
Assist with light technical or hands-on tasks related to watch handling and care (training provided).

Qualifications & Skills

Friendly professional and detail-oriented with excellent communication skills.
Previous experience in retail luxury goods or customer service is preferred.
Strong multitasking ability with a focus on accuracy and efficiency.
Comfort with basic technical tasks; willingness to learn hands-on watch handling.
Basic computer skills; familiarity with systems like Airtable or Shopify is a plus.
Interest or knowledge of vintage watches strongly preferred.
