Job Summary

Key Responsibilities:

Design and implement test strategies for Pega applications.
Perform hands-on testing including automation API and functional testing.
Collaborate with developers and BAs to ensure testable and high-quality deliverables.
Drive continuous improvement in QE practices and tooling.
Participate in sprint demos and ensure business-visible quality metrics.
Advocate for quality-first delivery culture across teams.

Required Skills & Experience:

Hands-on experience with automation tools (e.g. Selenium Postman JMeter).
Strong understanding of API testing and application testing methodologies.
Experience with Pega testing frameworks and tools.
Basic domain knowledge in financial services (CDD/KYC/CLM is a plus).
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
Growth mindset and ability to work in culturally diverse teams.
