Job Summary

Objective -
To drive and manage sales operations within the assigned geographical region ensuring the
achievement of revenue and growth targets for both the fuel station and retail bazaar
channels. The RSM will play a pivotal role in implementing sales strategies building high-
performing teams establishing robust distributor networks and nurturing relationships with
business partners to expand the market share of Magsol and Milex brands.
Competence Essential
Education MBA in Sales Marketing or a related field (mandatory).
Work Experience 10 12 years of relevant experience in sales with at least 3 5 years in a
managerial role and must have handled a team.
Skills Strategic planning and execution
Team leadership and development
Excellent negotiation and communication skills
Strong customer relationship management
Data-driven decision-making and reporting
