Job Summary
Were seeking a strategic Key Account Management Senior Executive to drive growth through innovative product positioning and operational excellence. This role is responsible for developing creative marketing strategies optimizing store design and listings executing campaigns and using data analysis to maximize ad performance and overall store efficiency.
What You will Do
- Develop creative strategies for product positioning and marketing direction.
- Analyze product pain points selling points and target audience to create compelling campaign ideas.
- Collaborate with managers and teams to execute marketing plans effectively.
- Manage and optimize store design and product listings.
- Register for store promotions and campaigns.
- Analyze ad performance data and optimize product visuals and copywriting.
- Respond to user inquiries and handle store-related tasks.
Who You Are
- At least 3 years of experience in e-commerce operations (domestic or cross-border).
- Experience in beauty personal care or health supplements categories.
- Proven ability to develop creative marketing ideas that drive sales growth.
- Strong interest in cross-border e-commerce.
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills to work effectively with managers and teams.
- Result-driven mindset with a focus on performance and optimization.
- At least 6 months of TikTok Shop operations experience.
- Strong work ethic detail-oriented and able to multitask efficiently.
