About Role:

In this role youll play a key part in sales team working alongside a dynamic team that values innovation collaboration and continuous growth.

Your key responsibilities will include:

Drive sales performance and motivate the sales team to achieve business targets.
Develop and implement strategic account management plans across key accounts.
Support team members in managing their territories and growth strategies.
Create business plans around identified opportunities and manage budgets effectively.
Monitor and report on distributor channel performance and initiate corrective actions when needed.
Analyze sales data to identify trends opportunities and areas for improvement.
Control expenses and ensure alignment with budget forecasts.
Stay informed on product developments competitor activities and market standards.
Execute sales and marketing strategies including negotiating agreements within policy guidelines.
Conduct product demonstrations and provide technical advice to customers and colleagues.
Represent the company at key local events and gather market intelligence.
Build and maintain strong relationships with customers and key opinion leaders to strengthen market position.

About You:

To be successful you will:

Proven experience in sales within healthcare (medical consumables / pharmaceutical) sectors. Wound or Ostomy Care experience preferred
Leadership & management experience preferred
Strong understanding of Hong Kongs healthcare landscape
Strategic thinker with hands-on execution capability
Excellent relationship-building skills with HCPs and key opinion leaders
Resilient adaptable and results-driven personality
