Were looking for a Senior Talent Acquisition Partnerto lead end-to-end hiring for our Corporate Development and Go-To-Market (GTM) teams including M&A Sales Marketing and Finance. This role is ideal for someone who thrives in a fast-paced evolving environment and enjoys balancing strategy with hands-on recruiting.
You will own multiple complex searches partner closely with business leaders and craft sourcing strategies that build high-quality diverse pipelines. Youll bring strong business acumen advise hiring managers and use data to drive smarter hiring decisions.
You will get to shape how we recruit: improving processes driving tool adoption mentoring peers and sharing market insights that influence talent strategy.
What Youll Bring:
- 10 years of recruiting experiencewith at least 5 years of in house experience; including significant focus on Corporate Development and Go-To-Market roles
- Proven success managing senior or complex requisitions
- Strong stakeholder management and influencing skills
- Data-driven mindset and comfort using recruiting tools/ATS systems
- Ability to thrive in unstructured high-growth environments
- Collaborative proactive approach and passion for great candidate experiences
