Description
As a Client Services Associate you will be a valued member of an interdisciplinary team addressing support and clerical needs for center clients. The Behavioral Health Division provides outpatient mental health treatment to those of great need and is an extraordinary part of the communitys safety net. You will report to the Director of Behavioral Health and work on-site.
Responsibilities:
- Answer and direct calls and check in all clients for services.
- Greet all visitors that come to the Center.
- Review client demographics; confirm name address insurance and collection of copayment and deductible.
- Provide additional clerical support per the supervision of the Director.
Requirements and Education:
- Requires a HS degree and one to two years of related experience or requisite education and experience.
