Job Summary

Were seeking a Work From Client Experience Specialist who enjoys helping people plan meaningful well-organized trips while delivering a smooth professional client experience. This role is ideal for someone who is detail-oriented service-driven and comfortable managing multiple requests in a remote environment.

Youll work directly with clients to plan and coordinate trips handle logistics and ensure every detail is thoughtfully managed from start to finish. No two days look the same and the work is both dynamic and rewarding.

What Youll Do

Consult with clients to understand travel preferences budgets and goals
Research plan and coordinate customized trips
Manage bookings timelines and travel details
Communicate clearly and professionally with clients throughout the process
Problem-solve and adjust plans as needed to ensure a seamless experience
Maintain accurate records and follow established processes
