Job Description
Duties:
- Perform installations repairs and maintenance on Low voltage systems.
- Utilize Mechanical knowledge to troubleshoot and resolve issues with equipment.
- Use a variety of Hand tools to complete tasks efficiently.
- Diagnose hardware problems and perform necessary repairs on Computer
- hardware.
- Interpret and follow technical Schematics to ensure proper functioning of systems.
- Collaborate with clients to maintain positive relationships and address their needs
- promptly.
- Assist in setting up and configuring Computer networking systems.
Requirements:
- Ability to push/pull/lift up to 23kg (50 lbs)
- Available for up to 90% travel including overnight and some international (if requested)
- Proven experience working with Low voltage systems.
- Strong Mechanical knowledge for troubleshooting and repairs.
- Proficiency in using various Hand tools.
- Solid understanding of Computer hardware components and functionality.
- Ability to read and interpret technical Schematics.
- Excellent communication skills and customer service orientation.
- Knowledge of Computer networking principles is a plus
