What youll be doing
We are looking for a highly motivated and data drivenAccount Specialist to join our growing team.
As anAccount Specialist youll play a key role in maximize our partners performance on the Wolt platform. Youll focus on building strong relationships providing top tier client experience and driving growth through data-driven insights and close collaboration with cross-functional teams.
Day-to-day in this role youll:
- Partner growth - drive the commercial growth of existing retail partners;
- Portfolio management - oversee a portfolio of retail partners ensuring value creation across all stakeholders: partners customers couriers and Wolt;
- Performance optimization - use data insights to identify opportunities for partners propose tailored campaigns and provide high level consultation to boost results;
- Relationship building - act as the key contact for appointed accounts maintaining strong communication and supporting expansion opportunities;
- Cross-functional collaboration - ensure smooth communication across functions to align goals and optimize partner performance.
Our humble expectations
- 1-2 years of experience in account development retail operations sales; experience in e-commerce or marketplace is a plus;
- Analytical thinking - strategic mindset combined with strong numerical ability to interpret complex data sets and influence decisions at scale;
- Project management - skilled in stakeholder management and process implementation;
- Ownership - proactive structured and detail - oriented and a can do attitude;
- Excellent communication skills fluency in English;
