He whakamārama mo te tūranga mahi About therole:
Our Payroll Advisor is responsible for the end-to-end processing of KiwiRails payroll ensuring accuracy compliance and timeliness across all payroll activities. This includes the collection calculation validation and input of employee data as well as maintaining payroll records and producing reporting for internal and external stakeholders. This role contributes to payroll-related projects provides expert advice to stakeholders and helps ensure KiwiRail meets all statutory and organisational obligations. As part of a collaborative payroll team you will also support cross-coverage and deadline management while modelling safe and responsible behaviour in line with KiwiRails values.
This could be a great opportunity for someone with an HR or finance graduate background to kick start their career in payroll. Its a busy and varied role with wide-ranging responsibilities to keep you on your toes and engaged in a vital role within our organisation.
