TheSignia by Hilton Orlando Bonnet Creekis looking for a talented Food and Beverage Supervisor to join their team! This one-of-a-kind property boasts 12 different dining options over 1000 guest rooms and is surrounded by the Walt Disney World Resort. This leader will oversee multiple food and beverage outlets with primary responsibility for Zeta Asia and Myth.

The ideal candidate is a passionate hands-on leader with at least two years of supervisory experience excellent multitasking skills and the ability to support multiple outlets. Prior experience in the hotel industry and in upscale environments is preferred.

Shift Pattern:Candidates must have full-time availability including morning and evening shifts weekdays weekends and holidays.

Pay Rate:$23.00 per hour

What will I be doing

As a Restaurant Supervisor you would be responsible for assisting management in the direction and administration of a restaurant in the hotels continuing effort to deliver outstanding guest service and financial profitability. Specifically you would be responsible for performing the following tasks to the highest standards:

  • Supervise support schedule assign daily work inform and train team members in all restaurant activities and operations
  • Monitor observe and assist in evaluating team member performance
  • Support and assist team members in handling guest inquiries and requests and in resolving guest complaints
  • Ensure compliance with health safety sanitation and alcohol awareness standards
  • Manage and monitor product quality and service and satisfaction trends evaluate and address issues and make improvements accordingly
  • Assist in monitoring inventory and inventory control
