- Competency in hardware management to facilitate regular updates and repairs.

Roles and Responsibilities
- Monitor and maintain the organizations IT network infrastructure to ensure stable and secure operations.
- Oversee CCTV security systems to maintain stringent safety and surveillance protocols.
- Perform regular server maintenance tasks to ensure optimal data processing and availability.
- Manage cybersecurity strategies to protect company assets against internal and external threats.
- Maintain and upgrade IT systems and hardware to support business continuity.
- Diagnose troubleshoot and resolve hardware software and network-related issues.
- Coordinate with vendors and service providers for IT-related purchases and services.
- Provide technical support and guidance to staff and IT team as necessary.
