What you will do

Position title: Program Manager & Business Analyst SAP Next Gen

Location: Bogota Colombia

Duration: Temporary 6 months up to 2 years

Expected start date: January 2026

This hybrid role blends the strategic oversight of a Program Manager with the analytical rigor of a Business Analyst. You will work at the intersection of Strategy Transformation and Revenue Operations to support mission critical initiatives across the SAP Americas organization. The position offers a unique opportunity to gain hands-on experience in a dynamic cross-functional environment while contributing to high-impact projects that shape the future of the business.

Key Responsibilities:

Program & Project Management

• Support and lead strategic organizational and operational initiatives across regional teams
• Coordinate and facilitate meetings manage timelines and ensure project deliverables are met
• Track progress manage documentation and support knowledge-sharing across stakeholders
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams including Strategy Transformation and Operations Customer Success Finance

Business Analysis & Reporting

• Conduct data analysis to support decision-making and performance tracking
• Analyze structure and visualize data to identify trends and insights for an executive audience

Stakeholder Engagement

• Communicate effectively with global teams and senior leadership
• Gather feedback align stakeholders and ensure transparency in project execution
• Support internal communications through SharePoint and Microsoft Teams

What You Bring

Education and Experience:

• Must be a recent graduate of a bachelors degree
• Preferably a degree in Business Administration Computer Science Information Technology or related fields
• Prior experience or coursework in project management business operations finance or marketing

Requirements and Competencies:

• Clear and professional communication skills in English both written and verbal
• Analytical mindset with proficiency in Microsoft Excel; knowledge of SAP SAC Power BI SQL or Python is a plus
• Familiarity with Microsoft 365 tools (Outlook Word PowerPoint Teams Forms)
• Excellent time management and organizational skills
• Strong initiative curiosity and a passion for continuous learning
• Ability to manage multiple tasks and deadlines in a fast-paced environment
• A collaborative spirit and a drive to contribute to team success
