About the role:
- Run high-profile and complex litigation matters including commercial insurance media disputes as well as defamation.
- Represent major (often high-profile) clients.
- Inspire juniors in the team.
The ideal candidate:
- 5 years in complex litigation proceedings (ideally defamation) and a solid understanding of insurance law.
- Australian or New Zealand legally qualified.
