Youll play a vital role in coordinating and managing high-quality customer focused care that supports older South Australians to live independently safely and with dignity at home. This role would suit someone with strong coordination communication and problem-solving skills with a background in Nursing Allied Health or Community Services looking to apply their knowledge in a community-based setting.
