Strong understanding of electronics signal integrity power management and server architecture
Experience with high-speed interface standards (PCIe Gen5/6 LPDDR5/6) and peripherals for embedded compute
Proficient in schematic preparation PCB layout design and design validation
Experience with relevant design tools like Altium and orcad.
Strong knowledge of PCB stack-up definition controlled impedance routing guidelines for complex stack-ups and topologies
Good understanding of server class of board design.
Worked on projects from requirement to final product release (circuit design prototyping and testing) and maintenance.
Hand on experience ontesting tools (DSO DMMFG electronic loads etc.) circuit validation board bring up functional testing trouble shooting Failure analysis
Experience in developing detailed schematics and schematic capture using CAD tools
Expertise on PCB design process Technical document writing
Good Communication and interpersonal skills
Leading the design development and implementation of hardware components for servers including processors memory storage and network interfaces.
Mentoring and guiding a team of hardware engineers providing technical expertise and support and ensuring team members adhere to industry standards.
Understanding customer requirements translating them into technical specifications and working with other departments to ensure a robust and scalable solution.
Collaborating with software engineers system architects mechanical thermal and other stakeholders to ensure a cohesive and efficient system design
Experience in High-performance computing (HPC) datacenter application or OCP (open computing platform) will be added advantage.
