Job Summary
Position Summary
The Sr Analyst Business Product Owner is responsible for supporting the development delivery and continuous improvement of training programs that enable Business Product Owners (BPOs)including Initiative BPOs (iBPOs) and Capability BPOs (cBPOs)to drive strategic alignment and operational excellence across the organization.
Responsibilities
Facilitate training for individuals across varying levels of experience including leadership with a collaborative team-first mindset.
Develop and maintain standard operating procedures (SOPs) training presentations and process documentation.
Leverage tools such as PowerPoint Slido SharePoint and Smartsheet to support training and documentation efforts.
Serve as a change advocate promoting a positive and proactive approach to process improvement initiatives.
Qualifications
High School Diploma or equivalent required; 2 plus years of experience in business product owner industry or pharmacy benefits management experience required.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word PowerPoint Excel). required.
Strong communication collaboration and interpersonal skills required.
Experience with Express Scripts systems products or services preferred.
Understanding of the healthcare or pharmacy benefit management industry preferred.
Familiarity with Agile methodologies and product management frameworks preferred.
