About you

You may currently be a Senior Associate or a talented Associate-level litigation lawyer ready to step up to work in our dispute resolution team. Your day-to-day work will involve contract property negligence corporate and trust disputes as well as advising on competition law and insolvency matters. Employment and construction disputes are managed by specialised teams at Dentons. Youll enjoy taking ownership of matters managing client relationships contributing to business development initiatives working closely with partners and clients and mentoring junior team members.

Your experience will include:

  • Litigation: Proven experience managing complex and high-value disputes including seeking urgent relief appearing in courts and tribunals and managing large discoveries.
  • Mediation: A practical understanding of alternative dispute resolution with experience representing clients in mediations and settlement negotiations.
  • Providing sound advice: The ability to deliver clear commercially focused advice to clients anticipating risks and developing strategic solutions.
  • Dispute resolution: A strong interest in resolving disputes efficiently and effectively whether through litigation arbitration or negotiated outcomes.
