Job Summary
Executive Research & Development
Dipped Products PLC seeks a dynamic results-oriented individual to be recruited as Executive- R&Dfor its manufacturing facility at Kottawa.
Job Responsibilities
- Development of new products and new product variant
- Involve in projects related to new material development
- Plant trial for new material introduction
- Involve in the commercialization of new products and new product variants
- Involve in process improvement projects
- Ensure new product developed meet legal ®ulatory requirements in all markets served
- Involve in product and process improvements
- Work closely with staff from Marketing Production and Engineering departments as well as from other disciplines for cross functional team based projects
Persons Profile
- BSc in Chemistry/Polymer Science and Technology/Material Science
- Knowledge on designing/developing new products
Minimum 2-3 years experiencein similar working environment
- Exposure to latex dipped products industry would be a definite advantage
- Excellent analytical thinking and problem solving skills
Outstanding interpersonal skills and strong results orientation
