Leadership Development Facilitator
The Leadership Development Facilitator designs and leads interactive sessions to foster collaboration trust and effective communication among City of Minneapolis teams. This role helps strengthen workplace culture and promote inclusion through engaging evidence-based activities.
Key responsibilities include:
- Design and deliver customized team-building workshops.
- Facilitate exercises that enhance trust communication and problem-solving.
- Collaborate with City HR staff to tailor sessions to departmental needs.
- Collect feedback and report on participant outcomes and recommendations.
Required qualifications to be successful in this role:
- Bachelors degree in Organizational Development Education or related field.
- 5 years of facilitation experience.
- Demonstrated expertise in group dynamics conflict resolution and engagement design.
- Certification in DiSC MBTI or similar facilitation frameworks.
