Job Summary
IT Intern (Summer) GP Fund Solutions

Join GP Fund Solutions (GPFS) - a people-first fund administrator serving clients across the US UK and EU. This internship is designed to give you hands-on experience. Youll work alongside some of the best in the industry a growing team at GPFS which focuses on providing comprehensive data and reporting solutions for Private Market clients. As an intern youll participate in several projects. You will be assigned an accounting team mentor to help you build on your classroom learning and develop lifelong skills.
- This is a paid internship opportunity.
- The internship runs from June - August. Exact dates to be provided at offer.
- Work Hours are 8:30 AM - 5 PM Expecting 40 hours a week.
What Youll Do:
- Assist in data classification projects helping to categorize and tag sensitive data.
- Support efforts to define and implement role-based access controls (RBAC).
- Contribute to drafting and organizing data protection policies and standards.
- Assist in the preparation of documentation for security audits and compliance assessments.
- Support vendor evaluation documentation related to cybersecurity compliance.
What Were Looking For:
- Must be a full-time matriculating student in Information Technology Computer Science or related program.
- GPFS requires that applicants have taken at least the first two courses in accounting offered at their university to be considered for the internship.
- GPA requirements apply.
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office (Excel Word Outlook Teams).
