Marsh McLennan Agency (MMA) provides business insurance employee health & benefits retirement and private client insurance solutions to organizations and individuals seeking limitless possibilities. With offices across North America we combine the personalized service model of a local consultant with the global resources of the worlds leading professional services firm Marsh McLennan (NYSE: MMC).

A day in the life.

This is a hybrid (2 days a week) position based out of our our various regional office locations that may require in person client facing meetings.

As our Account Manager on the Employee Benefits team youll

• Manage annual planning timeline and ensure all client deliverables are prepared on a timely basis
• Manage strategic planning renewal & marketing compliance open enrollment implementation and employee communication efforts for all assigned clients
• Independently produce accurate and timely materials and consistently audit work product to minimize errors
• Navigate our resources and leverage our carrier partners to advocate for and solve problems for clients providing a great client experience and helping our retention efforts
• Stay organized prioritize and manage multiple tasks and proactively plan to meet deadlines and get in front of potential issues
• Develop/simplify benefit guides

Our future colleague.

Wed love to meet you if your professional track record includes these skills:

• High school diploma or equivalent
• Current and valid Florida 2-15 insurance license
• At least 5 years of account management experience within an insurance agency
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite including Excel Outlook and Word
• Detail oriented with strong time management skills

These additional qualifications are a plus but not required to apply:

• Bachelors degree or higher
• Bilingual (English/Spanish)
• Experience with EPIC
