Key Responsibilities
Clinician Scheduling & Coordination
Contact partner facilities via phone and email to request availability and confirm scheduling needs.
Accurately schedule clinicians using the designated software platform.
Upload available shifts promptly to ensure equal opportunity for all employees.
Confirm clinicians review facility profile sheets and adhere to clock-in/clock-out procedures.
Step in to manage scheduling responsibilities in the absence of the Facility Scheduler or Facility Scheduling Manager.
Orientation & Onboarding Support
Participate in orientation sessions to ensure new clinicians are ready for assignments and aligned with company standards.
Review company policies and procedures with new clinicians.
Ensure orientees are assigned to shifts promptly.
Welcome and engage new staff members during orientation sessions.
Promote NursePartners core values: connecting caring and compassion.
Documentation & System Management
Maintain accurate records of clinician schedules and facility communications.
Use digital platforms for scheduling messaging and documentation to ensure seamless operations.
Track clinician assignments and shift completions updating systems as needed.
Adaptability & Collaboration
Respond effectively to changing needs and priorities in a fast-paced environment.
Work collaboratively with internal staff external partners and outsourced professionals.
Maintain a professional demeanor when interacting with facilities and clinicians.
Requirements
12 years of experience in healthcare staffing clinician scheduling or administrative coordination.
Familiarity with clinician credentialing and facility operations is highly desirable.
Experience using scheduling or workforce management software (e.g. TeamBridge) is preferred.
Skills & Competencies
Strong attention to detail with the ability to manage multiple scheduling tasks efficiently.
Clear and professional verbal and written communication skills.
Comfortable using digital platforms for scheduling messaging and documentation.
Professional demeanor and effective collaboration with multiple stakeholders.
