Pre-opening Executive Sous Chef - Hotel Group Palawan Philippines

A hotel group is in need of aPre-opening Executive Sous Cheffor its new property in Palawan. The successful candidate reporting to the Executive Chef will be responsible in overseeing kitchen operations menu planning and food quality. Moveover help build a strong culinary team ensure excellent dining experiences and uphold the brands high standards of creativity and service.

Qualifications

Bachelors degree in Culinary or related discipline

Five (5) years in the same role for a five-star resort

Pre-opening experience preferred

Excellent organizational and leadership skills

Exceptional communications skills

Willingness to be based in Palawan Philippines
