Job Overview:
Were seeking a detail-oriented and strategic to manage core accounting functions and deliver financial insights that drive decision-making. This role involves overseeing accounts receivable and payable performing reconciliations managing inter-entity invoicing and preparing timely monthly financial statements. The ideal candidate will also analyze data develop financial models and collaborate with leadership on ad-hoc projects and strategic planning. This is a remote position offering flexibility and the opportunity to contribute to a fast-paced healthcare management environment.
Responsibilities
- Oversee accounts receivable payable reconciliations and inter-entity invoicing
- Close books and deliver financial statements by the 7th working day monthly
- Analyze financial data and provide reporting with actionable insights
- Develop financial models to evaluate new opportunities like acquisitions
- Manage ad-hoc projects by collaborating with cross-functional teams
- Support leadership with financial plans while they travel for business
Requirements
- Bachelors degree in Accounting Finance or related field
- 5 years of financial controller or senior accounting experience
- Expertise in accounting standards reporting data analysis and QuickBooks
- Excellent communication skills to convey complex financial information
- Self-motivated with ability to work remotely with high autonomy
- Strong skills in Microsoft Excel and financial modeling
