Job Summary
This is a remote position.
Schedule:
- Mondays to Fridays 9:00 am to 6:00 pm Jacksonville FL (Eastern time)
- With 1-hour break
- 40 hours per week

Job Description:
This is your opportunity to become the technical bridge between cutting-edge marketing automation and exceptional customer experiences. Youll own the entire onboarding journey for new clients combining your Go High Level expertise with outstanding customer service to ensure seamless platform implementations. As the first person in this newly created role youll have the chance to shape processes and make a meaningful impact from day one while working with a fast-growing team that values independence and technical excellence.
Responsibilities:
- Guide new clients through comprehensive Go High Level onboarding processes
- Resolve technical issues and platform questions independently without escalation
- Conduct video-based client consultations and training sessions throughout the onboarding journey
- Ensure smooth client transitions from initial setup to successful platform implementation
- Maintain direct communication with clients via video calls and other digital channels
- Troubleshoot GHL configurations and provide technical guidance tailored to client needs
- Document onboarding processes and contribute to knowledge base development
- Collaborate with internal team members to continuously improve client experience
- Monitor client progress and proactively address potential implementation challenges
Requirements
- Strong hands-on experience with Go High Level (GHL) platform and its features
- Excellent English communication skills with clear professional speaking ability
- Proven customer service experience in technical or SaaS environments
- Ability to troubleshoot and resolve technical issues independently
- Comfortable being on video calls with camera on throughout working hours
- SaaS experience preferred especially in marketing automation or CRM platforms
- Bonus if you have experience with client onboarding or implementation processes
- It helps if youre familiar with marketing funnels automation workflows and lead management
