Job Summary

Our client is a leading technology corporation in Vietnam seeking experienced professionals to join their firm.

Develop and nurture strong long-term partnerships with key client stakeholders.
Serve as the main liaison and trusted advisor representing client interests and ensuring their needs are effectively communicated within the organization.

Oversee the commercial cycle including contract negotiations work order execution approvals and payment follow-ups.
Ensure assigned revenue and profitability targets for key accounts are consistently achieved.

Identify opportunities to introduce new services or solutions aligned with client requirements and emerging market trends.
Drive account growth initiatives to maximize client value and overall revenue.

Take ownership of client issues ensuring timely resolution and maintaining high satisfaction levels.
Anticipate potential challenges and implement preventive measures to safeguard service quality.

Maintain clear consistent communication with clients internal teams and leadership.
Provide regular reports on account performance project milestones and key operational updates.

Requirements

Minimum of 5 years of proven experience in account management or business development within a digital agency environment with a solid understanding of IT system development processes.
Strong insight into the Korean IT market including current trends customer behaviors and competitive landscape.
Demonstrated professionalism complemented by excellent communication negotiation and interpersonal skills.
Proven track record in building strong client advocacy and ensuring sustained customer satisfaction.
Ability to manage multiple client accounts simultaneously while maintaining high attention to detail and service quality.
Highly motivated responsible and results-driven individual with strong ownership of assigned tasks.
Fluency in Korean (both written and spoken) is essential; proficiency in English is an added advantage.
