The HR Implant plays a pivotal role in embedding HR practices and policies into the organizations daily operations acting as a strategic bridge between employees and management. This position ensures seamless integration of HR functions across teams fostering a supportive compliant and high-performing work environment. By proactively addressing employee needs driving talent acquisition and supporting performance and development initiatives the HR Implant contributes directly to organizational growth employee engagement and operational efficiency.
Responsibilities
- Employee Relations
- Serve as the primary point of contact for employee inquiries concerns and feedback.
- Facilitate conflict resolution through mediation and structured follow-up processes.
- Promote a culture of inclusion respect and engagement across all levels.
- Recruitment and Onboarding
- Partner with hiring managers to assess staffing needs and develop hiring plans.
- Lead candidate screening interviews and selection processes.
- Coordinate onboarding activities including documentation orientation and integration into team workflows.
- Performance Management
- Support the implementation and administration of performance appraisal systems.
- Deliver coaching and constructive feedback to employees and managers.
- Assist in creating and monitoring performance improvement plans when needed.
- Training and Development
- Identify skill gaps and recommend targeted training initiatives.
- Plan and facilitate workshops seminars and development sessions.
- Measure training outcomes and provide insights for continuous improvement.
Requirements
Requirements:
- Bachelors degree in Human Resources Business Administration or a related field.
- 01 year of experience in an HR role with freshers welcome to apply.
- Solid understanding of HR best practices employment laws and compliance standards.
- Strong interpersonal communication and conflict resolution abilities.
- Proficient in MS Office particularly Excel and MIS tools for reporting and data management.
- Demonstrated ability to work independently manage multiple priorities and collaborate effectively within teams.
