OCI Security Products Group is building comprehensive product portfolios to protect customers cloud environments with innovative approaches and hyperscale efficiency.   • Define scope plans and milestones for building and delivering a new trusted infrastructure
  • Drive improvements of existing apps deployed on OCI infrastructure
  • Ensure timely delivery of milestones as well as executive leadership visibility and alignment of key deliverables
  • Manage risks and issues paths to green and delivery planning for program
  • Facilitate and drive technical discussions across multiple teams leading to buy-in and alignment across teams and up through leadership
  • Collaborate with and work across multiple teams to define and rollout best practices
  • Work with partner teams outside our organization and externally with Oracle

Must have Qualifications:

  • 10 years leading large cross-functional technical programs
  • 15 years of experience in program/project management release management or related field
  • Program Management Leader who run large cross OCI programs independently and represent the org and program needs in all exec forums
  • Experience efficiently and effectively communicating status to cross-functional teams senior leadership and broader organizations (technical and non-technical stakeholders)
  • Excellent oral and written communications skills and experience interacting with both business and development/engineering staff at all levels including the executive level
  • Solid analytical planning and interpersonal skills with an ability to handle competing demands.
  • Expertise in leading technical design discussions and ability to summarize complex trade-offs and options in presentation and technical documentation

US: Hiring Range in USD from: $109200 to $223400 per annum. May be eligible for bonus and equity.

Oracle maintains broad salary ranges for its roles in order to account for variations in knowledge skills experience market conditions and locations as well as reflect Oracles differing products industries and lines of business.
Candidates are typically placed into the range based on the preceding factors as well as internal peer equity.

8. Paid time off: Flexible Vacation is provided to all eligible employees assigned to a salaried (non-overtime eligible) position.
