About the job

We are seeking a Senior Business Development Executive to drive business growth and client acquisition in the Houston TX market. This role is responsible for developing new business opportunities managing key commercial relationships and executing sales strategies to achieve revenue targets.

This position is ideal for a commercially driven professional with strong B2B experience market knowledge in Texas and the ability to manage the full sales cycle while building long-term client relationships.

What youll do
  • Drive new business development in the Houston and Texas market through active prospecting networking and outbound sales efforts

  • Own the full sales cycle from lead generation and qualification through negotiation and deal closing

  • Build and manage a strong B2B sales pipeline to consistently achieve revenue targets

  • Conduct client meetings presentations and solution demos aligned with customer needs

  • Prepare and negotiate commercial proposals and contracts

  • Develop and maintain long-term client relationships identifying upselling and cross-selling opportunities

  • Collaborate with internal teams to ensure smooth onboarding and client satisfaction

  • Maintain accurate pipeline activities and forecasts in the CRM system

What were looking for
  • High School diploma required; Bachelors degree in Business Marketing or a related field preferred

  • 46 years of experience in commercial sales or business development roles

  • Proven experience in B2B sales environments

  • Strong understanding of the Houston / Texas market

  • Experience managing the full sales cycle and closing deals independently

  • Proficiency with CRM systems (Salesforce HubSpot Zoho or similar)

  • Strong presentation negotiation and communication skills

  • Solid understanding of sales KPIs and pipeline management

  • Spanish strongly preferred
