Senior Finance Manager FP&A (Digital Business Services Support)

Your key responsibilities will include:

• Responsible for consolidation of reports for analysis.
• Provide early updates to Head of CP&A regarding P&L delivery progress and monthly control.
• Financial consolidation of overheads & employment cost for the DBS function in the US.
• Guarantee compliance across the P&L with the rainbow books.
• Controlling forecasting for Expenses and Capex for DBS
• Business partnering with the DBS function leaders and members
• Monthly monitor of main KPIs with early notice to CP&A members
• Budget control
• Active participation in Internal Control compliance

What are we looking for

• Bachelors degree in finance Business Administration or related areas.
• 5 years of experience in financial consolidation budget control and compliance with financial controls.
• Strong Analytical Skills:The ability to consolidate reports for analysis and monitor key performance indicators (KPIs). A strong understanding of business operations and financial principles is crucial for making informed decisions and providing valuable insights.
• Strategic thinking with strong influence and leadership skills.
• Ability to understand and challenge the status quo.
• Advance skills in Microsoft Office. BPC/SAP knowledge is preferred.
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills to work effectively with budget holders and cross-functional teams
• The candidate should take the initiative and be accountable for their tasks ensuring timely and accurate completion of responsibilities.
