Location: McLean VA (45 days/week in office)

You will lead budgeting forecasting and long-range planning and play a pivotal role in supporting decision-making for your assigned business unit.

Role Overview:
As an FP&A Manager you will serve as a key financial partner to business leaders driving financial discipline strategic planning and actionable insights across the organization. You will lead budgeting forecasting and long-range planning and play a pivotal role in supporting decision-making for your assigned business unit.
Key Responsibilities:
- Serve as the primary Finance business partner for assigned teams providing financial guidance and supporting strategic decisions
- Lead development of annual budgets long-range strategic plans and monthly forecasts including headcount and operating expense analysis
- Collaborate with business technology recruiting and HR teams to drive efficiencies in workforce planning and internal software spend
- Develop and maintain scalable processes to enhance visibility into financial forecasts and performance
- Drive special projects and conduct ad-hoc analyses to support new products marketing initiatives and growth opportunities
- Prepare presentations and analysis for senior Finance leadership and executive team
- Utilize Anaplan (or similar tools such as Adaptive Insights) Excel Power BI and Tableau for advanced financial modeling and scenario planning
- 7 years of progressive FP&A experience in a business partnering environment
- Bachelors degree in Finance Economics Accounting or related discipline
- Excellent analytical problem-solving and organizational skills
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills able to interact effectively across all levels of the organization
- Ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment
- Expertise in Anaplan or similar planning software is highly preferred
- High comfort level operating in dynamic ambiguous environments with a bias toward execution and results
