Summary
As an intermediate-level IAM specialist you will participate in the management and evolution of the organizations identity and access systems. Under the supervision of a senior expert you will contribute to maintaining access security improving the efficiency of IAM processes managing IAM tools and ensuring compliance with standards.
Key Responsibilities
- Assist in the daily management of IAM platforms (Azure AD Active Directory Midpoint etc.).
- Implement user account provisioning procedures (internal and external to Bell).
- Manage access review campaigns and participate in associated escalations.
- Participate in the integration of applications into the IAM system (SSO MFA etc.).
- Monitor and report access anomalies and contribute to their resolution.
- Collaborate with IT security and compliance teams to improve access controls.
- Maintain up-to-date IAM process documentation.
- Support internal and external audits related to identity security.
Critical Qualifications
- Degree in computer science cybersecurity or a related field.
- 2 to 5 years of experience in IAM or information systems security.
- Knowledge of IAM protocols and standards (LDAP SAML OAuth etc.).
- Proficiency with administration tools such as PowerShell or a willingness to learn them.
- Ability to work in a team and communicate effectively with various stakeholders.
- Strong organizational skills attention to detail and a proactive approach to security issues.
- Bilingualism (French/English) is mandatory.
Preferred Qualifications
- CIAM certification or equivalent.
- Knowledge of Microsoft 365 environments Excel Word etc.
- Experience with access governance tools (SailPoint CyberArk Midpoint ServiceNow etc.).
Adequate knowledge of French is required for positions in Quebec.
