We are looking for a creative and innovative Instructional Designer preferably with inhouse experience to join our team! In this role you will craft memorable learning experiences through developing engaging effective and appealing learning programs.
This is a permanent role reporting to the Group Learning and Development Manager. You will be part of a collaborative and dynamic team albeit the team is geographically dispersed across Australia and New Zealand so the ability to work autonomously is a must.
About your role
The Group Learning Instructional Designer is responsible for learning outcomes for Downer Group wide learning initiatives. This involves identifying the target audiences learning needs and creating engaging eLearning and online materials to meet these needs.
