Job Summary

ALMACO in Nevada IA is seeking a Field Service Coordinator to coordinate after sales support. This role is essential to our service team and ensures that we provide effective and efficient support to our clients.

The Field Service Coordinator position at ALMACO is a full-time non-exempt position with day-shift hours. Some late afternoons and weekends are required to ensure service team and customer needs are met.

What Youll Do:

As our Field Service Coordinator you will assist clients with general service needs and route calls to the right support representatives. This position helps to coordinate field service and tech support teams through scheduling managing sales orders and data management. Youll work closely with clients and service teams to streamline operations and improve profitability.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Provide after-sales support by assisting clients with general service questions or concerns and routing calls to the appropriate support team.
  • Manage customer data such as warranty information repair history and contact information.
  • Track and manage part replacement and return process.
  • Coordinate Field Service schedules and field service appointments.
  • Prepare and manage data and reports.
  • Manage and submit Field Service timesheets.

Qualifications for this position:

  • A high-school diploma or equivalent at minimum is required.
  • Experience in customer service and support.
  • A valid Drivers License is required.
  • Experience using computer systems including Microsoft Office.
  • Excellent communication organization and problem-solving skills.
