We Offer:
The Human Resource Coordinator works closely together with the CEO Director of Daily Operations office Program Managers and the Corporate HR Director to ensure that the organizations HR policies processes and practices are as efficient and high-performing as possible. Will also assist with facilitating all key HR functions such as recruitment and onboarding performing administrative tasks and providing performance management support. Will also provide employees support regarding compensation benefits payroll and timecard information.
Education: At least a high school diploma. A bachelors degree in human resources or a related field is preferred.
Work experience: A minimum of one (1) or two (2) years of relevant experience in human resources office management or office administrator experience.
Knowledge Skills & Abilities: Proven experience as an HR coordinator or relevant human resources/administrative position. Knowledge of human resources processes and best practices. Strong ability in using Microsoft Outlook. Experience with HR databases and EMR systems. Ability to work with ATS -depth understanding of sourcing tools like resume databases and online communities. Familiarity with social media recruiting. Ability to handle data with confidentiality. Good organizational and time management skills.
Interpersonal Skills: Excellent speaking and listening skills to share information effectively while paying careful attention to concerns and questions from employees and job applicants. Ability to converse and connect with people from various backgrounds and experiences.
Travel Requirements: Must Possess a valid VA Drivers License and be fully insured to drive and operate a motor vehicle. Some travel is required due to the various office locations throughout the agency and when the job or task requires in-person interaction (onboarding training meetings) that cannot be accomplished through video conferencing.
