Position Summary:
Operations Executive North reports solid line to the India Operations Manager; he/she has a daily work relationship to the RGM (Regional General manager) and the Channel partners and End Customers. This role is responsible for providing Sales and Admin support to the region and enable the Regional Business Manager to achieve and exceed their sales targets and business objectives. He/she ensures quality execution for the Country Operations Processes and needs to interface with the local Sales team Vertical Managers Corporate team Supply Chain & Logistics Regulatory Service Operations and the Shared Service Center in Mumbai to ensure efficient and timely handling of our Lead to Order processes of the region he/ she works for. This role supports the RGM and India Sales Operations manager in implementing a sound operating mechanism as well as internal policies and guidelines at Country/Cluster Level.
Position Responsibilities:
Sales Operations
Collaborate closely with Regional General Managers to help them achieve and surpass sales targets.
Support the Sales team including order processing (C4C) business case preparation approvals as per matrix and ensuring compliance across all stages
Maintain audit related documents for compliance with zero non-conformities in business operations
Liaise with Finance COS and Logistics teams to facilitate timely payments stocks billing dispatch delivery and product returns.
Support Sales and Channel Partners with tender related documents and activities
Provide end-to-end support for orders secured through tender processes.
Channel Management & OEM Support
Serve as the primary point of contact for Channel Partners End Customers and OEMs assisting with their orders queries and operational needs.
Facilitate the Channel recruitment and termination processes in accordance with corporate guidelines.
Track and monitor the Channel Partner onboarding journey.
Oversee the renewal process of Channel and OEM Contracts to ensure timely compliance.
Coordinate Quarterly Business Reviews (QBRs) and Partnership Plans with Channel Partners.
Manage communication rollouts to Channel Partners as needed.
Support Channel Partners with Due Diligence Questionnaires (DDQ) and Anti-Corruption & Bribery (ACAB) checks.
General Administrative Support
Manage day-to-day facility operations including vendor coordination and compliance.
Create annual Purchase Requisitions for Vendors.
Provide comprehensive office administration support.
Co-ordination of office supplies and petty pash management
Support the business team with Travel and Hotel booking as per the process.
Assist with pricing administration and support internal audit processes.
Adoption & Business Process Support
Work alongside the India Operations Manager to implement and improve various business processes.
Maintain SAP data including master data customer account creation and E-shop management.
Ensure smooth usage and troubleshooting support for tools such as C4C BMI GeM SAP Sirion and Evolve.
Project management:
Handle specific projects as identified by Operations Manager for Business Growth improving Sales effectiveness and driving productivity
Required Skills & Education:
- Minimum 7-8 years of previous similar work experience
- Excellent communication skills on all levels
- Self-Initiator
- Strong Analytical Skills
- Ability to plan organize and prioritize work
- Excellent Excel Skills
- Strong project management skills
- Good problem-solving skills
- Excellent communication presentation and relationship skills
- Must be resourceful in seeking out information sales tools and documentation from many internal and external sources.
