Assistant Estimator Maintenance Division

The Opportunity
Were seeking an Assistant Estimator to join our Maintenance Division. Youll support the estimating and bid team in pricing landscape maintenance contracts and service proposals across parks public domains and commercial sites. This is an excellent opportunity to grow within a well-established and supportive team.
Key Responsibilities
- Assist in preparing estimates and tenders for landscape and grounds maintenance projects
- Review specifications service scopes and site information
- Obtain supplier and subcontractor pricing for maintenance works
- Support bid documentation compliance checks and submission preparation
- Maintain estimating registers cost databases and contract records
- Collaborate with operational teams to ensure accurate pricing and resource planning
About You
- Experience or exposure to estimating or contract administration in landscaping or facilities maintenance
- Strong analytical and numerical skills
- Proficient in Microsoft Excel and comfortable working with data and cost models
- Detail-oriented organised and deadline-focused
- Must have full Australian working rights
- Eager to learn and develop within a professional estimating environment
