Snowflake/Partner Alliance Manager plays a key role in Matillions sales and go-to-market motion. The role works closely with Matillions strategic partner Snowflake to build Matillion-based practices drive demand generation and go-to-market strategies and deliver joint customer offerings. They collaborate with Snowflake counterparts to promote Matillions value proposition support joint sales activity and ensure successful customer outcomes.
Partner Strategy Development and Enablement
Define and execute Matillions Snowflake strategy within the region
Build and run joint sales plays with partners to generate incremental customer demand and new sales opportunities
Align Matillion and Snowflake sales teams on joint sales and demand generation activities
Provide enablement and training to Snowflake teams on Matillions value proposition
Build strong internal relationships with key stakeholders across Matillions Sales Marketing and Executive teams
Develop and deliver joint demand generation plans and programs with Snowflake including events and technical sessions
Establish and manage co-selling programs between Matillion and Snowflake sales teams
Customer Success & Partner Management
Ensure Snowflake teams are fully enabled to position Matillions benefits throughout customer projects
Build and maintain trusted advisor relationships with Snowflake stakeholders
Lead sales enablement and training sessions to ensure Snowflake can effectively present Matillions offerings
Partner with Matillion sellers to develop effective co-selling and teaming strategies
Facilitate joint planning sessions between Matillion and Snowflake sales teams to identify new customer opportunities
Reporting
Implement internal tracking and reporting creating dashboards and regular business updates for the Matillion leadership team
Essential Requirements
Experience working directly with Snowflake or within the Snowflake ecosystem
35 years experience in program management partner development or channel sales within the business technology market
Background in enterprise software sales
Strong strategic thinking skills combined with the ability to execute and deliver key outcomes
Proven problem-solving and proactive entrepreneurial mindset
Ability to work effectively across internal and external teams and organizations
Excellent time management and attention to detail
Solid understanding of cloud computing technologies and utility pricing models
Bachelors degree or equivalent practical experience
Comfortable working in a fast-paced dynamic environment
Willingness to travel (approximately 35%)

At Matillion we are committed to providing competitive compensation in line with market standards based on the role job family job level and country. This exempt roles estimated annual salaried pay range for this position is $76800 - $115200. Because this role is eligible for variable pay in the form of sales commissions your total on-target annual earnings will be between $128000 - $192000. The final salary will be based on your relevant skills experience and qualifications demonstrated in the hiring process.
