Your main tasks and responsibilities:
- Develop and implement apreventive and predictive maintenanceprogram to minimize downtime and extend the life of critical assets including machine tools cranes HVAC systems air compressors and auxiliary equipment.
- Oversee thetroubleshooting and repairof all facility infrastructure including electrical plumbing mechanical and structural components.
- Plan manage and executefacility expansions renovations and infrastructure upgrades ensuring all projects meet operational and safety requirements.
- Oversee the selection negotiation and supervision of allcontractors and service providersperforming work on-site ensuring timely and budget-conscious project completion.
- Lead and optimizeinventory managementoperations ensuring efficient storage tracking and movement of work-in-progress materials and essential parts.
- Oversee themaintenance and upkeep of office spaces ensuring a clean safe and productive environment for employees.
To succeed in this role you will need:
- Bachelors degree in Facilities Management Engineering Business Administration Industrial Operations or a related field (or equivalent work experience).
- 7 years of experience in facility management industrial operations or maintenance leadership preferably in a high-tech manufacturing or heavy industrial environment.
- Proven experience managing maintenance teams construction projects inventory operations and contractor coordination in a complex industrial setting.
- Strong background in preventive and predictive maintenance programs for industrial equipment and building infrastructure.
- Experience with inventory management space optimization and logistics in a facility with work-in-progress materials.
