Office & Tax Assistant (Hybrid Punxsutawney PA)
Pay: $12$15/hour (based on experience)
Schedule: 2436 hours per week MondayFriday

What Youll Do
Greet clients and answer phone calls with a professional welcoming tone
Manage emails scan and organize documents and keep digital and paper files tidy
Assist with data entry for tax returns and bookkeeping tasks
Help prepare and assemble client tax packets for review and signature
Support office operations ordering supplies handling mail and scheduling appointments
What Were Looking For
1 year of office customer service or clerical experience
Strong attention to detail and comfort using Microsoft Office (especially Outlook and Excel)
Professional communication skills written and verbal
Ability to work both independently and with a small team
Reliable transportation and U.S. work authorization
