Grundfos a global leader in advanced pump solutions and water technologies is seeking a motivated and customer-focused Aftermarket Sales Engineer to join our team in Riyadh. This is an exciting opportunity to contribute to the growth of our aftermarket business by delivering high-quality service solutions and building strong customer relationships.
About the Role
As an Aftermarket Sales Engineer you will be responsible for driving sales of aftermarket products and services including energy optimization retrofits and service contracts. You will work closely with customers to understand their needs provide technical support and deliver tailored solutions that enhance system performance and efficiency.
Key Responsibilities
- Grow the aftermarket service business in KSA in line with agreed targets.
- Generate leads and convert opportunities for service offerings energy optimization and retrofit solutions.
- Prepare and deliver technical presentations and proposals.
- Manage the full sales cycle from initial contact to order fulfillment.
- Maintain accurate records of sales activities and customer interactions in CRM.
- Conduct regular customer visits to ensure satisfaction and loyalty.
- Collaborate with internal teams including Sales Service Delivery Marketing and CSSC.
- Arrange energy audits health checks and contract renewals.
- Uphold Grundfos values being customer-centric ethical and effective in all interactions.
Qualifications
- Bachelors degree in mechanical or electrical engineering (or a related field).
- Fresh graduates are welcome to apply.
Competencies
- Excellent communication negotiation and presentation skills.
- Fluent in English and Arabic.
- Proactive independent and eager to explore new business areas.
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities.
- Collaborative team player with innovative thinking and adaptability.
