Contract: permanent
Working hours: 35 hours per week is full time. Where possible we are open to considering part time/flexible working patterns. Please let us know in your application your desired working pattern.

The Financial Ombudsman Service is an independent not-for-profit organisation that plays a vital role in UK financial services. Every day we help resolve disputes between consumers or small businesses and their financial service providers.
Our Communications and Engagement directorate is delivering a major programme of improvements to strengthen trust in financial services. This year were focused on implementing a new corporate strategy and five-year plan.
The newly created Senior Content Manager role will lead our publications and insight strategy working across casework operations and data teams to produce clear evidence-based content that builds our reputation and supports reform.
What Youll Do:
This role leads the strategic planning and delivery of thematic reviews and insight publications across the Financial Ombudsman Service. It involves setting clear content strategies gaining senior stakeholder buy-in and overseeing multi-channel outputs across social media web and digital platforms. The postholder will manage a high-performing content team drive editorial decisions and ensure timely publication. They will champion continuous improvement through evaluation frameworks represent the team confidently to internal and external stakeholders and foster collaboration across the organisation to ensure coordinated and impactful engagement.
