Role Overview

We are looking for a passionate and results-orientedSales Managerto join our growing Brazil team in São this role you will drive revenue growth by developing new business opportunities and managing strategic relationships with advertisers and agencies. You will collaborate closely with internal marketing operations and product teams to deliver impactful advertising solutions for our clients.


Key Responsibilities

  • Identify prospect and develop new business opportunities for Azerions digital advertising portfolio (programmatic branded content and video solutions).
  • Manage and grow relationships with existing clients and agency partners.
  • Prepare and deliver compelling sales presentations and proposals tailored to client objectives.
  • Negotiate and close deals ensuring alignment with company policies and revenue targets.
  • Collaborate with internal stakeholders (Marketing Ad Ops Finance and Product) to ensure seamless campaign execution and client satisfaction.
  • Meet or exceed quarterly and annual sales targets.
  • Keep up-to-date with industry trends competitor landscape and emerging technologies in AdTech.
  • Represent Azerion at industry events networking sessions and client meetings across Brazil.


Requirements

  • Bachelors degree in Business Marketing or a related field.
  • Experience in digital media sales or advertising.
  • Strong network within media agencies and advertisers in Brazil.
  • Proven ability to meet and exceed sales targets.
  • Excellent communication negotiation and presentation skills.
  • Fluent in Portuguese and English (Spanish is a plus).
  • Proactive team player with a hands-on approach and entrepreneurial mindset.
