What will your job look like
- Support GM (frequent travel flight delays system admin for call connections) and VP (calendar expenses tech coordination).
- Manage intense and constantly changing calendars including meetings with CEO and senior leadership.
- Handle travel management and emergencies rebooking flights and adjusting schedules quickly.
- Coordinate calls and ensure all participants join meetings working closely with GMs admins.
- Prepare materials for meetings assist with internal projects and maintain strong back-office support.
- Adapt quickly to changes and prioritize under pressure.
All you need is...
- Bachelors Degree preferred.
- 3 years of administrative experience supporting executives.
- Proficiency in English and Microsoft Office; Spanish fluency is a huge advantage.
- Strong organizational skills discretion and ability to handle confidential information.
- Quick decision-making and problem-solving in dynamic situations.
