Job Description
The Events Assistant will support the planning coordination and execution of company events ensuring each experience is organized professional and aligned with Park 6 Logistics standards. This role is ideal for individuals who are detail-focused organized and passionate about bringing high-level events to life.
Responsibilities
Assist in organizing and coordinating corporate events meetings and company gatherings
Support event logistics scheduling vendor coordination and on-site setup
Prepare event materials presentations and documentation
Maintain clear communication with internal teams to ensure successful event execution
Track event timelines inventory and post-event reports
Help ensure all events meet quality expectations and operational goals
