At Suncorp were dedicated to helping our customers partners and people thrive. Were looking for a Capability Enablement Lead to drive the learning development and performance of our Consumerteams ensuring theyre equipped to deliver truly outstanding customer outcomes.
As the Capability Enablement Lead youll design deliver and continuously improve onboarding training and development programs for Consumer. Youll also play a pivotal role in broker education claims training and key business projects acting as a subject matter expert to ensure smooth change adoption and capability uplift across the teams.
What Youll Do
Identify training needs and create tailored learning solutions across Consumer
Maintain training calendars and competency frameworks to drive continuous development
Partner with Team Managers Underwriting Claims Technical Advisers and others to support team and individual growth
Deliver engaging onboarding and nesting programs for new team members
Lead broker education on portals tools and compliance requirements
Support business projects providing training input testing support and change readiness
What Youll Bring
Minimum 3 years experience in Consumerroles in the insurance industry
Proven experience in coaching training or capability development
Expert knowledge of Suncorp products systems and underwriting or claims processes
Strong communication facilitation and stakeholder engagement skills
Ability to manage multiple priorities and contribute to cross-functional initiatives
Experience with claims or broker functions and familiarity with Heart 2 Heart Customer Connect and complaints management frameworks will be highly regarded.
