Job Summary
We are seeking a dedicated Physical Therapist Director & Physical Therapist to join our growing healthcare team in Bechtelsville PA! As a Manager Physical Therapist you will play a crucial role in helping patients improve their mobility manage pain and recover from injuries through evidence-based treatment approaches as well as:
- Oversee daily clinic operations and ensure compliance with regulations.
- Maintain staffing equipment and resources for high-quality patient care.
- Hire train and supervise clinic staff providing regular performance evaluations.
- Participate in ongoing education for professional growth.
- Analyze patient data to optimize staffing and program development.
- Lead marketing efforts including physician visits and community engagement.
- Ensure the highest standards of patient safety and ethical care.
- Demonstrate strong leadership problem-solving and time management skills.
- Requires a relevant degree and experience in clinic management.
Qualifications :
- Doctor of Physical Therapy (DPT) degree from an accredited institution
- Current Physical Therapy license in Pennsylvania
- Valid CPR certification
- Strong clinical assessment and diagnostic skills
