Job Summary
Job Summary
- Conduct initial and ongoing assessments of patients conditions.
- Develop update and evaluate individualized care plans in collaboration with patients and families.
- Administer physical therapy interventions using standard techniques tailored to patient needs.
- Supervise physical therapy assistants students and support staff.
- Require experience in skilled nursing facilities (SNF).
- Must be available to work some holidays and one weekend per month.
- Full-time position: Monday to Friday 8:00 AM 5:00 PM (40 hours per week).
